Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- $8.95 flat rate on orders under $100
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more
How your order ships
Every product ships directly from the brand, so it arrives fresh and authentic. Here's what to expect:
- Order placed with the brand: within 1 business day of your purchase.
- Processing and shipping: the brand's warehouse typically ships within 2 business days. Warehouses operate Monday to Friday, so orders don't ship on weekends or holidays. For example, an order placed on a Thursday will usually ship the following Monday.
- Delivery: most orders arrive within 5 to 10 business days after they ship. Delivery time starts once the carrier picks up your package.
All in, please allow about 2 to 4 business days for your order to ship.
If your order includes products from more than one brand, they may arrive in separate packages.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package shows delivered but you can't find it, email us and we'll work with the brand and carrier to make it right.
